Some of our Terrace Villas can be rented as a 1 bedroom apartment.
'Studio Access' gives you full access to the downstairs, balcony and courtyard areas with the use of the main bedroom and ensuite on the upper level.
As with the full Terrace Villas you will find all the conveniences – large TV, hi-fi, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, linen - in short, everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Downstairs includes open plan kitchen / dining and lounge with un-interrupted views of the marina. Bathroom, toilet, separate laundry with washing machine and a spacious kitchen fitted with modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven.
Outside features a paved entertainment area, BBQ and 2-car carport.
Linen and towels are supplied. TV/VCR/DVD/CD R/C Air-Conditioning.
All Club Marina Holidays guests receive a Marina Hindmarsh Island VIP card offering discounts at
Rankine's Landing Tavern, The Marina Chandlery and general store, Ballast Stone Winery, Currency Creek
Winery, South Lakes Golf Club and Adelaide Prestige Chauffeured Services.

Booking Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable administration fee of AU$50.00 in addition to any banking and/or credit card
charges incurred will apply to all cancelled bookings.
Off peak bookings cancelled within 14 days of check-in will also incur a late cancellation
penalty equivalent to a single night’s charge.
Peak period bookings cancelled within 30 days of check-in will also incur a late cancellation
penalty equivalent to the entire cost of the booking. In cases where the property can be re-booked
for the same dates, off peak penalties will apply.
Where possible, bookings may be transferred rather than cancelled and will incur a $35.00
transfer fee. Bookings may only be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given in off peak
period and 30 days notice in peak periods.
All transfers must be re-booked (subject to availability) for dates within a 6-month period of
the original booking.
Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by telephoning our office on 08
8555 7300.
Club Marina Holidays is bound by the Privacy Act 1988
