Please be aware that an accommodation bond, in the form of a manual credit card swipe, is required on arrival.

Our pricing structure on-line is based on a two person stay - an additional $15 per person per stay applies - payment of this additional amount will be required at the time of arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

A non-refundable administration fee of AU$50.00 in addition to any banking and/or credit card charges incurred will apply to all cancelled bookings. Off peak bookings cancelled within 14 days of check-in will also incur a late cancellation penalty equivalent to a single night's charge. Peak period bookings cancelled within 30 days of check-in will also incur a late cancellation penalty equivalent to the entire cost of the booking. In cases where the property can be re-booked for the same dates, off peak penalties will apply. Where possible, bookings may be transferred rather than cancelled and will incur a $35.00 transfer fee. Bookings may only be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given in off peak period and 30 days notice in peak periods. All transfers must be re-booked (subject to availability) for dates within a 6 month period of the original booking.

Conditions of Use

No pets are allowed on the property and no smoking permitted inside. Guests must check out by 11:00am, failing to do so will result in a late check out fee calculated at $50.00 per hour. Please respect the Marine environment and your neighbours and note it is an offence to swim or fish in the Marina. The property is to be left in a clean and tidy manner and any damages are to be reported to The Marina Office as soon as possible. All outstanding charges and/or damages will be directly applied to your credit card without prejudice. Club Marina Holidays is legally bound by the Privacy Act 1988 principles, we collect personal information such as your name and contact details which are necessary for our function and activities. We do not disclose this information for direct marketing if you instruct us not to do so. To remove your details from our marketing data base, please email us at holidays@tmhi.com.au providing sufficient personal details to ensure we remove the correct person.
